Gene successfully completed his carpentry apprenticeship and subsequently assumed the position of a building cadet at a prominent Tier 2 construction company, concurrently earning his degree qualification in Construction Management.

His professional journey encompasses diverse roles, including Estimating, Contract Administration, Site Management, and Project Management.

Motivated by a commitment to better serve clients, Gene founded ICM Construction with a strategic focus on understanding clients’ objectives and budgets.

In his capacity, Gene spearheads the identification and pursuit of new opportunities. Leveraging an extensive network of industry contacts, he ensures swift and effective responses to opportunities presented to ICM.
