The ICM Team successfully delivered the new Springfield Total Tools Warehouse in Augustine Heights. This project involved the development of a warehouse with two tenancies, 31 tilt-up panels, a mezzanine level, and an external car park. The total build area covered 5,990m², and the design and construct project was completed in 9 months.

This project was executed in collaboration with CPO Architects and Skyhook Consulting Engineers. A standout feature was the concrete pour, which became one of ICM’s largest to date at 450m³.

The primary objective of the project was to establish a retail showroom designed to provide enduring support for tradespeople and the local community.
