ICM Construction Celebrates New Project Win at Brisbane Christian College
ICM Construction is excited to announce our latest educational project, the construction of the new Middle School GLA and Administration Building at Brisbane Christian College in Salisbury. This significant project demonstrates our commitment to creating lasting educational facilities that support the growth of future students.
Designed by the team at Phillips Smith Conwell and engineered by ACOR Consultants, the new facility will encompass an expansive area of 3,000 square meters. It will feature an impressive layout that includes 11 modern general learning spaces distributed across two spacious levels. This carefully planned design aims to foster a vibrant and conducive learning environment for middle school students, equipping them with the resources they need to thrive academically and socially.
A standout aspect of this project is the welcoming entry plaza, which will serve as a new gateway to the campus. This inviting space is structured to enhance the overall experience for students, staff, and visitors, creating a sense of community and connection as they arrive at the school. The tiered courtyard seating will offer beautiful views of the college’s sports field, providing a perfect setting for students to gather and collaborate.
The development of this facility will elevate Brisbane Christian College’s bushland campus. It represents not only a physical addition but also our dedication to establishing a vital hub that aids middle school students and positions the school for future growth.
