ICM Construction was engaged to complete an interior refurbishment, along with new kitchen, playground, and landscaping works, for the Whittlesea Childcare Centre. The project was completed in a live environment over several stages to ensure a clear delineation between the site and the centre’s occupants.

The project was in partnership with A-Three Design Management.

The Whittlesea Childcare Centre was successfully completed with zero major incidents and full compliance with child-related access requirements. The building also had high-quality finishes delivered through structured inspection regimes and selective subcontractor engagement.
