The Outlook at the Globe is the next stage of the development of a tourism hub in the central west Queensland town of Barcaldine.
During the tender assessment period it became clear that there was a gap between the project funding and the capital cost of the project. To facilitate the progress of the project, value management recommended the removal of significant design elements.
