ICM was engaged by the Department of Education (DoE) to construct a new General Learning Block for Serviceton South State School.

The new GLA building included the demolition of the existing facility to make way for the new structure, as well as the resurfacing of the school’s basketball courts.

The project involved constructing new interconnecting covered walkways, ramps and landscaping, that integrated the new General Learning Centre with surrounding buildings and spaces. There were upgrades to existing services infrastructure and further car parking spaces.
