Emmanuel College recognised the need to upgrade its student accommodation to remain competitive and provide an optimal living experience for its residents. The refurbishment project aimed to modernise the rooms, including upgrading fixtures, enhancing energy efficiency, improving connectivity, and refreshing interior aesthetics.
