ICM was engaged by Digital Marketer Klyp to deliver their inner city, modern, open plan office fitout within the new Eminence Commercial tower. Working closely with the Building Facilities Manager, ICM coordinated construction works with adjoining tenants within the fully operational building to manage noise and waste disturbance caused by construction activities.
