New two storey building to provide a performing arts facility on the ground floor and multi-purpose learning areas on the first floor. Refurbishment works to an existing double storey classroom block to provide visual arts classrooms and general learning areas.

With the development’s location central to the campus, careful planning and consideration had to be given to school operations, in particular carefully maintaining access safely for all staff & students whilst the development took place.

Works were completed in April 2021 well ahead of the school’s required occupancy in July which enabled sufficient time for the school to transition into the new space.
