The Fitness First Richmond Platinum project involved the refurbishment and fit-out of a 4,000m² premium fitness facility. The works encompassed the delivery of high-end wellness amenities, including a Reformer Pilates studio, infrared saunas, and spaces for group fitness programs such as Hot Yoga.

The gym also featured the installation of new gym equipment, construction of a cycle studio, and the refurbishment of office areas, bathrooms, and change rooms. This project demonstrated ICM’s commitment to excellence in Lifestyle and Fitness, resulting in a contemporary, high-end facility tailored to the needs of the Fitness First community.
