The ICM team delivered Building 3 of ESRs industrial facility in Willawong.

The CPO Architect designed 10,1474sqm warehouse features a 6,008qm office space, 2,810sqm carpark areas, 3,870sqm concrete hardstand with dual-crossover B-Double access, 6 recessed loading docks and 6 on-grade roller shutter doors.

The project is aimed to achieve a four-star Green Star – Design & As Built Certification under the Green Building Council.
