The Central Lane Hotel is a landmark hotel in the CBD district of Gladstone. The owner wanted to transform the venue to a family friendly entertainment precinct. ICM was involved early in the development of project preparing initial cost plans. Once the budget was agreed, concept options were developed working closely with the consultant team. The owner had significant input during the planning and constructions stages stage to ensure that construction delivered the best value for money outcome.
