The Casa Mia Aged Care Facility in Inglewood involved the transformation of existing aged care accommodation into five individual apartment spaces, complete with external parking.
Each one and two-bedroom units were structured to meet PWD (Persons With Disability) access and liveability standards, an essential feature of this project aimed at supporting residents’ functionality.
The architects engaged for this project were ASPECT Architects and Project Managers. These accessible units provided seniors with the perfect balance of supported independence, allowing them to stay connected to their local community.
