ICM Construction is proud to partner with Springfield City Group to deliver a new and exciting light industrial project – The Zones – in the Vicinity Business Park in #AugustinePark.
This strata project comprising 22 units will offer a range of
sizes and uses for café, gym, office, showroom and warehouse.
Special thanks to local MP, Charis Mullen MP, and the Deputy Chairman of Springfield City Group, Bob Sharpless for a SOD turning event to mark to start of construction. This project will support jobs during construction and once completed in the fourth quarter of 2023, will become an employment hub
