ICM Construction was appointed to this project following a lengthy contract negotiations phase.
Delays were experienced due to unexpected delays with specified finishes and the need source alternate products.
These delays were of particular concern as the hotel operator was focussed on having the newly renovated space open and trading for the high trading period in the lead up to the end of the year and the celebrations that are associated with the Christmas festive season.
ICM Construction was able to stage the works to minimise trade impacts during the works and are pleased to report that new space was open and trading before the festive season.
