The City of Marion is a local government area in the southern suburbs of Adelaide, South Australia.
ICM recently completed the refurbishment of the Council Chambers. Our team succeeded over a tight tender field due to its ability to provide a suitable programme and staging plan to ensure the successful delivery of the project.
The foyer area is the focal point of the refurbishment which incorporates an impressive reception area, including a variety of stone and timber textures, as well as a vibrant waiting area enclosed by timber beams. We worked closely with the City of Marion’s project delivery team and architect (Studio9) to achieve this outstanding result within a tight programme.
