This development saw nine warehouses and associated infrastructure delivered under budget and 8 weeks early. The construction site (which sits at 5000m2) was cleared of an existing single commercial dwelling to pave way for the new development.
This project reinforced the value of the Early Contractor Involvement Model (ECI) as we worked closely and in collaboration with our valued client to deliver significant savings using value management initiatives.
