2 Level, 6 classroom General Learning Area and associated work. ICM has been engaged by the Department of Education (DoE) to construct a new two storey, 6 GLA classroom building.
Construction is occurring in a “live” environment requiring the separation of the construction site from the school population and the local community. This also means that works that generate noise are to be completed out of school hours. Traffic management plans were developed to deal busy local traffic during school drop off and pick up times.
Our project team has extensive experience building education facilities. We look forward to delivering a successful project alongside Capworks Management (QLD), the broader Enoggera SS community and DoE.
